Eamon Gilmore: There are two companies Bills. The companies Bill is intended to bring greater clarification and simplification to the companies code and to modernise Irish company law through the consolidation of the existing 15 Company Law Acts, other regulations and case law. This Bill is on the A list of legislation due to be published this session. I expect the other companies Bill will be next year.
