- Public Accounts Committee: Greyhound Racing Ireland: Financial Statements 2021 (10 Nov 2022)
Matt Carthy: Mr. Conroy does not have it. Does Mr. Nyhan not believe this is a bit strange? Matt Carthy: So Mr. Nyhan would have no difficulty if the Oireachtas decided to halve the funding.

- Public Accounts Committee: Greyhound Racing Ireland: Financial Statements 2021 (10 Nov 2022)
Matt Carthy: Was the advice from the Attorney General in respect of tying both organisations to each other or in respect of how the horse and greyhound fund is allocated via Dáil approval on an annual basis?

Matt Carthy: In the first instance I thank the Minister of State and her officials for being here.
