There was a sum of €750,000 and another of €42,000 in regard to asbestos, both from the urban regeneration fund, relating to a fab lab, an engagement hub and a citizens' information office. Catherine Murphy: I know Limerick quite well, and there are some lovely buildings. I know exactly where this site is. It may well be an iconic site but it is an absolutely awful building. I know the university is trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear with this particular building. The master plan will obviously need to be some sort of redesign. How many students are located in this building?
