Denise Mitchell: On administrative supports, just so I can get this straight in my head, there are two choices been given here. The councillor can have a clean break, take the 26 weeks, and a substitute nominated by the council team will take their place. With regard to the administrative staff, is that staff member employed by the councillor? Is there going to be a procedure for appointing these staff?
