Maureen O'Sullivan: I move amendment No. 14: In page 13, subsection (1)(a), between lines 16 and 17, to insert the following: "(iii) treated in a manner that they are not kept in close quarters preventing them from experiencing their natural animal behaviour including the freedom to roam pasture land,".We want to ensure food production mechanisms take into account the quality of life of the animal used.
