Stephen Donnelly: Just today I was contacted by many people about the drug, Spinraza. Obviously many people were very disappointed at the decision not to proceed at the current price. Do the Estimates we are considering today make provision for Spinraza to be made available at some point this year?

It makes for very interesting reading. It details many of the risks and predicts much of what happened. When the decision was made at Cabinet the following Tuesday, was this email made available to the Cabinet?
