Niall Collins: We will withdraw our opposition to the section for now on the understanding the Minister will bring forward amendments on Report Stage. I ask that the Government's proposals be furnished to us in good time in order that we will have a chance to study them and consider their potential impact and also consult the accountancy bodies and business representatives.
