Paul Coghlan: We are aware of the work commitments, as is the Minister of State. I appreciate what the Minister of State is trying to do in making a move, and there is movement. However, councillors are not on a proper living wage and they are not entitled to a pension. There is more that can be done for them. It behoves us to attempt very seriously to do this for them.
