It also refers to Transport Infrastructure Ireland being encouraged to plan other road projects to complement the national Action Plan for Jobs. Is there any plan to upgrade the N2? There was always a plan to build a dual carriageway between Dublin and Donegal going through the Border and which would include the Slane bypass....
