Niamh Smyth: To finish on that point, since Maggie Farrelly is the first female to referee a men’s game - I am mindful of the distinction between that and camogie and so on - is the reason for that anything to do with this problem around how referees are treated from the sidelines by coaches, players and spectators? Does that have any part to play in that question?
