Rose Conway-Walsh: It really does seem a substantial oversight not to include the trade unions as one of the core stakeholders to consult on issues of equity of access, participation and promotion of success. I know through my own engagement with the committee work how seriously unions and their members take the development of higher education as a public good. I urge the Minister to accept this amendment.
