Colm Burke: I ask that a scheme be put in place in each of the HSE areas across the county similar to what is offered in the South/South West Hospital Group area for women who have undergone mastectomies. Supports under that scheme include refunding of the cost of a prosthesis every two years and two free bras each year. Colm Burke: Can I clarify this issue in the Florida courts at the minute? I understand that the courts will always take into account the rights of the child before any other rights. They will give priority to making sure the child is looked after in the best possible way. This Bill is not in any way reducing or removing any powers from the courts in this legislation.
