Anne Rabbitte: I can confirm that I have received a business proposal from the Rainbow Club and am giving it due consideration as part of the upcoming Estimates process in the coming months. Subsequent to that consideration, any funding arrangement that may arise would also need to be considered and delivered through a Grant Agreement or Service Level Agreement with the HSE.
