Regarding fuel poverty, the intention of the Minister for Social and Family Affairs and the Minister of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources is to bring together the offset to those who may be subject to fuel poverty arising from these decisions. There will be a new system of voucher being used in the purchase of this fuel in the south of Ireland.
