Maurice Quinlivan: I wish to raise ticket-touting legislation with the Tánaiste. Last weekend we again saw consumers getting ripped off by ticket touts reselling Ed Sheeran tickets. In fairness to Ed Sheeran and his promoters, they had the initiative to try and prevent the resale of tickets for his shows, but the problem still persisted and it is clear that legislation is needed to tackle this problem....
