Deputy McNamara referred earlier to what Fianna Fáil contributed to agriculture in this country in recent years, namely, suspension of the early retirement scheme, suspension of young farmers installation aid-----

Pat Deering: The list is endless as to what they contributed to agriculture in recent years. I will conclude by thanking Fianna Fáil once again for giving us the opportunity to highlight the current position of agriculture and the importance it will play in the future. I compliment the Minister, Deputy Coveney, on the work he has done to date in trying to ensure we get the best possible deal in Europe.
