Olwyn Enright: I have no difficulty with the amendment. I ask for clarification on an issue raised on Report Stage here. Will the education finance board been included in Part I of the First Schedule of the Ombudsman Act? Following our discussions we had understood that the Minister for Education and Science, Deputy Hanafin, would introduce a proposal to ensure it would be included. Has this changed?
