Arthur Morgan: I agree that the central heating scheme was a good one. Unfortunately, it did not go far enough. Does the Minister of State intend to respond to the finding of the NESC report that 73,000 social housing units will be required between 2005 and 2012? Does the Minister of State intend to provide that number of houses in that period and, if so, when will that significant increase commence?
