Dick Roche: While vehicle registration is a matter for the Revenue Commissioners, information on the number of imported used vehicles licensed for the first time for the years 2000 to 2004 inclusive is published by my Department as Table 19 of the annual Irish Bulletin of Vehicle and Driver Statistics 2004 which is available in the Oireachtas Library. The number for the year 2005 is 61,350 vehicles.
