Timmy Dooley: I welcome the Minister. I would like to concentrate on the future rather than the past because he is ahead of profile in terms of his spend. It almost seems to suggest that he will have very little to do, with up to 90% of his funds spent in certain areas and 75% in others. That was up to June, so by the look of things it will be a lean enough period until Christmas.
