Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire: As stated by Mr. Gormally, while common travel area rights are not the be-all and end-all, they are certainly not adequate for the needs of citizens in Northern Ireland. I have run out of time but I am sure some of my colleagues will follow up on this issue. It is not just British legislation that is needed. All the academics say this jurisdiction needs legislation to address this issue.
