Pearse Doherty: A major generic fault is what the independent expert report stated to Children's Health Ireland in May and again in November. It is now June. This is not a small issue. With respect, it is not about the colour of paint on the walls. What the experts are telling the Minister is that it will cost more money and involve more delays if the problem is not addressed before the theatres are built.
