Mary Coughlan: As indicated by the Taoiseach, the Oireachtas will be involved in the context of the terms of reference arising from the initial report of inquiry. In the context of the PAC the Oireachtas has been forthright in supporting terms of reference of other investigations and inquiries. The Oireachtas will decide how that can best be done.

There will be ample time to facilitate the Oireachtas in doing so. Any legislative changes can be considered if deemed necessary.
