Micheál Martin: He has only met one eurozone leader since the Government took office. He has been very dismissive of this House on these issues. This is a familiar refrain from the Taoiseach. Every time the House meets the Taoiseach dismisses all reports and draft treaties. If a draft treat is online, for the fifth time, why in the name of God can it not be laid before the House?
