During the last vote we agreed to spend 30 minutes discussing the VAT resolution and reduce the time allowed for the remaining resolutions. The Government Whip agreed to spend 15 minutes on the next resolution and allow an extra ten minutes to discuss this resolution, bringing the total time allowed to 30 minutes.
