Gino Kenny: There are three in Dublin. There are 22 in the State. You could argue for double, if not triple, that number of centres in the State to cater for people who want to use their services.

Gino Kenny: It seems extraordinary that the centres' funding model is reliant on charity. We all know that, to generate the €8 million necessary to cover the costs, an enormous amount of time must go into fundraising. An amazing amount of time goes into that. That time could be spent enriching services. It just seems extraordinary. I hope they can get the funding they need in the budget.
