They came into me a couple of weeks ago looking for a grant to see if they can get Wi-Fi into the centre they are using. They do not even have Wi-Fi yet. They have been offered a course in digital literacy but they do not even have Wi-Fi yet. Those kinds of people are going to be left behind.
