Charles Flanagan: The Deputy is well aware that there is a process, procedure and practice involved. We do not have the amendments. The Tánaiste has said it is impossible to bring the amendments for the reasons he has set out, because of the complexity of the issue. I will take a final question from Deputy Gannon for the Tánaiste, because I am keen to bring in Deputies Devlin and Stanton.
