Seán Barrett: Deputies may not ask general questions on amendments from the Seanad. If I were to allow the Deputy to ask a general question, it would reopen the debate. He must appreciate that this is purely a technical issue to be dealt with in a technical manner. I assume the amendment is agreed to.
