It is all very well to say there are 51 additional consultants but if there are not any extra beds, there will continue to be a log jam.

Róisín Shortall: Okay. According to the plan, there are no new beds provided for in this year's winter plan. That has been confirmed by a response from the HSE and the witnesses. There are no additional acute inpatient beds planned as part of the winter plan.
