John Curran: On one point of clarification, the Minister mentioned the off-balance sheet models. The NTMA indicated that the NAMA NARPS model could be replicated outside NAMA as an off-balance sheet project. I want to clarify that point. A range of issues were raised by Deputies Coppinger, Butler and Cowen.
