Cian O'Callaghan: Can Ms Farrelly expand on the higher densities and making them viable? It seems to be an issue across the country that some of the higher density planning permissions are not getting built out.

Cian O'Callaghan: The pipeline of land was very much highlighted as an issue in the comments here today and in the Dublin task force delivery report. Can the witness tell us a bit about increasing the land bank? How is it funded? Is it primarily focused on land that is zoned for residential development or is it focused on land that is not currently zoned for residential?

Cian O'Callaghan: Okay, so there has not been a funding stream for that forward funding to date to ensure there is a sufficient pipeline so that land can be purchased at good value as well.
