Danny Healy-Rae: What attempt has the Minister made to provide for the people who will be stranded in rural Ireland and for provisional drivers? How are they going to get to colleges, schools, work and other places? The Minister is not being real. They do not have the other modes of transport we have in urban areas. That is truthful and I mean it from my heart. They just do not care.
