Amendments Nos. 95 and 96 amend the Bail Act 1997 to include the offences under sections 21 and 22 in the Schedule to that Act. Amendments Nos. 97 and 98 amend the Sex Offenders Act 2001 to include the offences in the Schedule to the Act.
