Fiona O'Loughlin: I thank the witness, and apologise for interrupting. I was conscious that if we start going over time at the start we are going to be here all night. Our next witness is Mr. John Doran. He is a practising career guidance teacher, but also has written in many publications on the topic of supporting young people and students in the area of positive mental health, particularly around exam time.

Fiona O'Loughlin: I will not allow Deputy Byrne to ask any questions about that. It is obviously a matter of concern for all of us but it was raised in a protected disclosure to the Minister. I understand that he has already commenced an investigation and there should not be a parallel inquiry into that issue. I ask Deputy Byrne not to proceed any further with this matter.
