If there were questions there to be asked, which he now agrees were valid questions, why did he, when he states there was a business-----

Martin Kenny: There was no business case. The Minister has told us there was no business case. He told us there was a letter about the five-year plan. The five-year plan is not a business case for the appointment of a CEO. The five-year plan is about the entire industry.
