Alan Farrell: On behalf of the committee, I thank the Minister and her officials for their attendance this evening. The committee acknowledges the work being done by the Minister and her Department in supporting children and families across the State and welcomes the increase in funding that has been provided for 2019.

Alan Farrell: When responding to the committee on LIHAF, Mr. McCarthy might give us an indication of how many projects that have gone out to tender have been awarded that are in or around or less than what was expected? That would be helpful in terms of looking at that spending stream in the future because, no doubt, it will expand in the years to come.
