Seán Crowe: We are working to a two-hour timeframe. I let the Senator in because he indicated he wanted to contribute and I thought he had to leave. The witnesses have about two minutes to respond. If they cannot respond in that time, I ask them to reply to the committee and Senator Conway in written form.
