Maurice Quinlivan: When we talk about "bots", we are talking about online sites that hoover up tickets when they go on sale. They take quite a number of tickets, so they will not be available to genuine fans when they go on sale. This Bill would probably not solve that completely but it would tackle it. If we take the profit out of the ticket, then the need for the "bots" is probably diminished.
