Ruth Coppinger: It is a bit blasé, if you do not mind me saying that. Homelessness is concentrated in a number of locations. My frustration stems from the fact that 40% of Dublin's homeless are in my constituency but the Minister has not prioritised meeting that local authority and asking why it has no plans to deal with the situation or explain what he can do to help them.
