Thomas Gould: I do not have that information with me. The council wrote to the councillors saying there is a time constraint and that if it is not done by March then it falls. This is a local authority that voted democratically to change something so an Act should not be blocking that. If there is, maybe we can put forward an amendment that would tidy it up.
