Paul Kehoe: That slot was a little over 12 minutes so I have allowed the Deputy as much latitude as possible. I ask the witnesses to please keep an eye on the clock because I want to keep the speaking slots as fair as possible. The next speakers are Senator Dolan followed by Deputy Jim O'Callaghan. I will cut the witnesses off and ask them to stop after the six or seven minutes.
