Mark Daly: I thank Senator Boyhan for sharing his story with us. It is important that people hear first-hand accounts of what happened to Members of this House who were in those institutions. The Senator continues to be an advocate for those who are without a voice and are unable to speak up on their own behalf and that of the children they gave up for adoption and were forced to give up for adoption.
