Never in my time in this Chair have I done it any other way than when we reach each group, we ask if the proposed grouping is agreed, and it is either agreed or it is not. It is generally agreed. It has not always been agreed. That is what has happened any time I have been in the Chair.

Gerry Horkan: I will allow the Minister of State to respond in whatever way she likes. Senator Craughwell is entitled to put a question and the Minister of State is entitled to respond to it as she likes.
