Lorraine Clifford-Lee: I am trying to figure out whether in a practical sense it is creating problems with families stranded overseas not able to travel back to their home. I do not want anybody to refer to any specific instances. Clearly it is an issue that has arisen. My colleagues have referred to the other questions I was going to ask.
