Eugene Murphy: Will the Senator allow me to speak, please? I allowed her to speak without interruption. I am sure everybody wants to accommodate her. I will accommodate her. What has happened is that the Bill's Office has done this. In my view, and maybe I am wrong, this will not interfere with the Senator's right to say whatever she wants regarding these amendments.
