Simon Coveney: Section 8.7 of the Terms and Conditions of the 2011 Agri-Environment Options Scheme provides that persons participating in the Rural Environment Protection Scheme are not eligible to join the scheme. The closing date for AEOS is Monday 16th May 2011 and as the person named does not complete their REPS3 contract until the 31st May 2011, they will not be eligible to join the scheme in 2011.
