Pat Breen: I do not believe any other member desires to contribute. The Secretary General can now understand the reason I asked every member to ask questions first in order that he would not have to reply to each individually. I am not saying he can duck or choose questions, but that he should do his best to answer as many as he can. Many of the themes were similar.
