Peter Mathews: Will he confirm also that the code of practice is the following and only the following in relation to Irish language proficiency: that terms and conditions, eligibility criteria and the use and knowledge of the Irish language are agreed with the appropriate Minister at the outset in accordance with the requirements of the job and-or any statutory requirements?
