The reason I ask is I am conscious there are a lot of residents surrounding the site and one of the complaints that many residents associations in the area have is that the site is worked on early. I presume it is the contractor trying to make up time. Do the witnesses have any idea what is the official start time?

This was my sense because I travelled in and out of St. James's Hospital for about 38 days and there did not seem to be a huge amount of activity on the site. This is just anecdotal evidence.
